Direct inkjet film output upto 1500mm wide
Having recently embraced inkjet technology for accurate colour proofing, we have taken a step further by investing in two new output lines for direct digital film output. Using inkjet technology for film output eradicates the need for power-sapping exposure frames and projection cameras. It also requires no chemical post-exposure processing, and therefore no careful disposal of used chemicals, so it is kinder to the environment too!

We can produce multicolour film sets, upto 60" wide for Silkscreen printers using in-RIP screening.
With multiple screen ruling frequencies from 35lpi right upto 133lpi, conventional rosette or Stochastic screening, positive or negative, we are sure we have a solution to meet your film output needs.

We can also accompany your film sets with accurate colour inkjet proofs (complete or colour-split), matched to our calibrated film screensets, produced from the same RIP.
